How the trial actually works
No card required to start. Here is exactly what happens over the 14 days.

Register and get approved, then use every Pro-tier feature for 14 days. No card needed to begin.

Choose the plan you want to convert to at any point, and change your mind as many times as you like.

Day 14
With a card on file, it is charged for your chosen plan (or Growth, by default) and you continue without a gap.

No card on file
Access locks until a card is added. Nothing is charged without one, and adding one restores access.
Questions
Do I need a card to start the trial?
No. You can use the full trial, at full Pro-tier access, without adding a card. A card is only needed by the time the 14 days end, to keep your access active.
What happens when the trial ends?
If you have a card on file, it is charged for the plan you picked (or Growth, if you never picked one), and you continue without interruption. If there is no card on file, access is locked until one is added.
What if my card is charged and it fails?
It is retried once immediately, then again at 1, 3 and 5 days after that. If every attempt fails, access stays locked until you update your card from the billing page and retry.
Can I change plans during the trial?
Yes, as many times as you like. Whichever plan you land on when the trial ends is the one you convert to.
What currency am I actually charged in?
Naira. Prices are shown in USD for a clear reference point, but every charge settles in NGN, at the rate current on the day.
What happens to my team if I downgrade?
If a downgrade puts you over the new plan’s seat limit, your most recently added non-owner seats are deactivated, never deleted, and can be restored by upgrading again or freeing a seat.
